Yükseliş Student Residence that moves the dormitory facilities a step forward provides the service to the female and male students as being the separate entries. The 4 floors are allocated for female and 4 floors are allocated for male students of our 10 floors building. Other 2 floors are allocated for the social activities of our students. Yükseliş Student Residence has the accommodation capacity in 300 persons. The comfort of the parents as well as the students have been considered as well.

Our residence that was built in accordance to the Earthquake Regulations has the insulation against hot and cold weather conditions.

There is security service in 7/24 in our building. Besides, our building and its environs are monitored through security cameras. All rooms of Yükseliş Student Residence that 4 sides are open are lighted and spacious. All rooms that are in 36 m2 have balcony (except for 1 person).

The entrance and exit are being executed by card reading system in the building through baffle Gates. Entries into the rooms are carried out by the card reading that is placed in the rooms.

In Yükseliş Residence that provides A quality of service to you and your children as prized possession, there are carpark, market, infirmary, stationery shop, study hall and presentation room with projection.

In our building that is in the concept of a 5 stars hotel, there is a dining hall for the capacity of 400 persons, conference hall for the capacity of 400 persons, cafe, restaurant and fitness center.

We aimed with our services as being Yükseliş Student Residence family to provide A quality of service to our students during their university education in comparison to the ordinary dormitories and to make easier the life of our students and the parents to some extent.
